Run. Lari. Jogging. Workout?

Disini nak highlightkan betapa pentingnya cardio yakni jogging @ lari untuk badan.
Media memainkan peranan yang penting sebenarnya untuk menabur minat terhadap seseorang especially golongan muda. Kenapa golongan muda sahaja? bukan yang tua. It is because golongan muda ni lah yang akan menjadi teladan generasi-generasi yang akan datang.

Betapa "EPIC" nya iklan 'M.X.T Strong' for example. "API Fatburner" and yang seangkatan dengannya. All of the article for building muscles for short amount of time. Is it good? Ada yang elok, ada yang tak elok. Eloknya bila kita jangan lupa hal yang berkaitan dengan cardio, which is the mooost importaaant thing.

It can't be denied that even ikon fitness Kevin Zahri selalu mention bab-bab how to lose weight, gaining muscles, eat healthy and so on. You guys can look up to his website. A lots of information related to health are there to be read. So back to the topic. Actually I have stories, a meaningful story that maybe people can think about.

Okay, here we go. I met this close buddy of mine, know him since the first year of my university life here in IIUM. He are really into fitness stuff, and he brought me in this physical activties. Thanks to him. He got a group of tricking. So normally, their training is held on the football field at Sayyidina Hamzah Stadium. There is a new boy come into the team, he decided to try the backflip. His physical is not so bad, which is okaylah. He got muscle here and there. Don't need to mention the name lah. :D What happened is that im not sure how many attempts that he make, he fell and thankfully my friend noticed him lying on the ground helplessly enduring the pain. Then he tried to move the hand clockwise and anticlockwise and it seems that his shoulder is perfectly fine, same with his wrist and arm. But the boy keep groaning in pain. Then he flick the shirt to find out what is happening. Surprispingly the boy's collar bone is broken. They catch the attention of others and quickly call the ambulance. End.

So we can learn that,
If you are new to it, learn it slowly.
No need to rush to learn things, because the knowledge is going nowhere.
Learn it with pro, don't feel overconfident, but being overconfident do help you sometimes.

So, tiada guna fizikal yang nampak kuat, tapi tidak fit.
Seseorang yang skip cardio and do only the workout routine mostly endup like a tin. Kosong inside.
Ape yang dimaksudkan kosong is that luar nampak kuat, but actually dalam tiada apa.
Maybe it a little harsh, but it is sad truth.
Bukan nak cakap cardio itulah segalanya.
Tapi somehow, muscle lebih tak guna juga bila jantung tak di pam selalu.

I'll always remind myself, that the muscle will grow big and shrink, but the lungs will remain the same.
So, why don't you start focus on your inner organ than the thing that can be changed instantaneously.
Lower body is so much important than the upper body, so start focus on the legs first.
After all, legs has so much fats in it than body.
Squatting is proven to be the best fat loser workout by professional.

Dunia moden beb, video cardio diorang boleh dapat merata.
Follow instagram diorang.
Amik yang elok, buang yang teruk.

Ikut suka hati korang nak enjoy fitness macam mane sebenarnye,

Orang yang berjalan lebih baik dari yang duduk diam.
Orang yang berlari lebih baik dari berjalan.
Walau slow mana pun jogging, don't skip it.
Run for your lungs, run for your life.
Itu jantung korang, sampai ke tua kot pakai.
